have been designated as the official hotels with special discounted rates for all participants.

  • [Payment & Booking Deadline Policy] The special group rates are guaranteed only until October 31, 2026, after which room availability and rates are subject to change.
  • [Cancellation & No-Show] Free cancellation is available until 6:00 PM (KST), November 20, 2026. Cancellations made after this deadline, or no-shows, will incur a penalty charge equal to 100% of the total reservation amount, which will be automatically billed to the credit card provided.
  • [Room Allocation & Availability] All room types and rates are subject to availability. If the requested room type is unavailable, an alternative option will be offered. Specific room assignments cannot be guaranteed, and in rare cases of overbooking, accommodation might not be provided.
  • [Early Check-in & Late Check-out] Requests for early check-in or late check-out are strictly subject to hotel occupancy and availability. Upon approval, an additional charge of up to 100% of the daily room rate will apply.
