Applicants registering as a Full-time Student, Trainee, Embryologist, Nurse, or Counsellor must provide an official document verifying their name, affiliation, and position. Choosing these categories during online registration will prompt a required document upload.

  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Opening ceremony, closing & award ceremony

Methods of Payment

Participants can pay the registration fee via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please review the details below to ensure your registration is processed correctly.

Option 1. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
  • Bank Charges: All bank service charges and transaction fees must be covered by the registrant. The net amount reaching the conference account must be the full registration fee.
  • Sender’s Name: The sender’s name should be identical to the registrant’s name. If the names are different, please notify the Secretariat.
  • Proof of Payment: After the transfer, please email a copy of the bank receipt (pdf or screenshot) to info@ksrm-congress.org.
  • Confirmation: Registration will be confirmed within 3-5 business days after the payment is verified by the Secretariat.
Option 2. Credit Card
  • Credit Card Accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX
  • Online only: Credit card payments are accepted exclusively through the online registration system.
  • Processing Fees: Any service charges associated with credit card transactions must be borne by the registrants.
  • Exchange Rate: The final amount debited to your account may vary according to the prevailing exchange rate and your bank’s policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Schedule
  • By October 26, 2026: 100% Refund (Excluding bank administration fees)
  • From October 27, 2026: No Refund
Terms & Conditions
  • Written Notification: Cancellations will only be accepted via email info@ksrm-congress.org. Telephone cancellations will not be processed.
  • Processing Fees: All bank charges and administration fees related to the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
  • No-shows: No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" (registered participants who do not attend the conference without prior notice).
