Visa and Entry Requirements for International Attendees
All international attendees of KSRM 2026 in Seoul must hold a valid passport and, if required, obtain an entry visa before arriving in South Korea. While some countries are eligible for visa-free entry, we strongly recommend that all participants check the visa requirements for their nationality in advance.
For more information, please visit the Korea Visa Portal via the button below or contact your local Korean Embassy.
Korean Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
K-ETA is mandatory for all foreigners entering Korea from visa waiver countries and visa-free countries. All foreigners without either a K-ETA or a valid Visa will not be permitted to board a plane to Korea. Please make sure to complete the application for K-ETA at least 72 hours before boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea.
