VISA Application for International Participants

We would like to remind all international attendees to check their visa requirements for entering South Korea for KSRM 2026.

Depending on your nationality, you may need to apply for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) or a Standard Entry Visa (C-3-1) before your departure.

• Check Entry Requirements: Please visit the official Korea Visa Portal (www.visa.go.kr) or contact the nearest Embassy/Consulate of the Republic of Korea in your country.
• Early Application Recommended: Visa processing times may vary by region. We strongly advise you to initiate your visa application process at your earliest convenience to ensure timely processing.

If you require an official Invitation Letter from KSRM 2026 for your visa application:

• Please complete your registration and payment first.

• Once registered, you can request an Official Letter of Invitation by emailing us at info@ksrm-congress.org with a copy of your passport attached.
